WISE-gap™ System – An easy way to check hidden gaps

The WISE-gap™ system is a tool for engineering or production people who want to easily verify the dimensions of hidden gaps (e.g. seal gaps on cars). It can be used in static or dynamic applications therefore granting a high versatility to the user. The patented transmission of the measurements via radio frequency (digital) allows the user a very fast and simple set up. There is no problem with cables being pinched by sheet metal or just plain cable chaos. All measurement data is directly processed and stored in a laptop computer and the results are shown visually on a door frame. The data evaluation is powered by INORA™ using automatic error detection. Customizations are available, such as using a handheld for data display/storage or higher amounts of sensors working together at one time.
