Prerequisite: 0 to 60 hours of alignment experience using Spindle Alignment Methodology, with indicators or lasers.
Class Length: 24 hours
Class Size: 6 students
SPECIFIC NEEDS TRAINING ADDRESSES:
Will provide trainees with information to correctly install and use the software and Spindle Laser Equipment, and to perform the four steps of alignment.
COURSE DESCRIPTIONS:
This course will provide theory explanation and hands on training in the following areas:
- Equipment Connections
- Alignment Procedures
- Theory of Alignment
- Target Calibration
COURSE OBJECTIVES:
Trainee will be able to:
- Correctly connect the target, interface, and computer
- Install and execute Read 7 and Spindle 7
- Install a laser and target in a machine
- Measure a machine using read 7 or spindle 7 software
