(Visual)
(Infrared)
Both the VisIR Ti 100 and Ti 200 cameras include VisIR software. Windows 98, NT4, 2000 and XP compatible. VisIR® PC software replicates all the functionality built into the camera.
For more advanced software features users of either camera model can upgrade to TherMonitor Reporter or TherMonitor Reporter Pro software packages.

By using the TherMonitor Reporter software you get all the information from your thermal and visual images to create a professional report with the greatest ease. All the analysis tools you need, difference temperature between two spots or areas of interest, thermal profiles or gradients, histograms and more to include in your report. Created with ease, in no time at all.
TherMonitor Reporter software works directly from within Microsoft Word or Excel. Just double-click on the image and the menus change to give you the Thermography tools. It's so simple you probably wont even notice you are doing it! Send your completed reports by e-mail or disk and you can even allow the recipient to further process your images, if you want them too. No cumbersome third party word processing software to learn, just industry standard Microsoft products. Your TherMonitor Reporter software is licensed to you, and anyone you choose to send it too, no fuss, no hassle, no worries.
TherMonitor Infrared Explorer - Image Viewer and Organiser
With TherMonitor Infrared Explorer you see all your images at a glance from within Microsoft's own Explorer software. We've integrated our thermal image handling so cleverly, you won't even notice. You can see your picture thumbnails large or small and even read out spot temperatures from anywhere in the images. You can even change the colour palette or thermal range of the images. For a series of images taken over a period of time you can view them all on the same temperature range to see any changes that have occurred at a glance. To optimise the temperature contrast in an image, no problem, just double click in the scale bar and it is done.
To organise your thermal images, move them from your camera, or rename or delete them just drag and drop them from one directory or File window to another. To create a report, use the TherMonitor Reporter wizard, or, drag and drop them directly into your Word report.
It's as simple as that!
TherMonitor Report Generation Wizard
The easiest and fastest way to create a report is by using the TherMonitor Report Generation Wizard. It guides you step by step to create a professional looking report using one of the many pre-designed templates. You can design your own template if you want and base it on one of the existing ones to speed you on your way. Next time you want to create a report on the same equipment just open a previously prepared one and update the pictures, your report is done in seconds, thanks to Microsoft Word and Thermoteknix.

The TherMonitor Reporter Pro package includes:
- PosiTrak
In field based, practical Thermography it is almost impossible to take a series of pictures of the same piece of equipment from the exactly identical, pixel perfect position. PosiTrak is Thermoteknix patented image alignment and image surface distance measuring feature that corrects for Operator alignment differences. Any thermal image can be calibrated with PosiTrak for distance and angle of view by simply placing three markers on the image. Multiple images then can be aligned one with another for comparison, to create a mosaic, subtraction, peak or valley temperature picking and change trending.PosiTrak even allows the whole image to be calibrated in metric or English units so that areas or distances can be measured directly on the picture. PosiTrak makes TherMonitor Pro the ideal solution for applications that locate faults on roofs, panels or aerial or remote thermal imaging as well as temperature versus time studies and failure prediction.
- Multi image Average
The average temperatures of each point on an object are calculated from a series of thermal images aligned using PosiTrak. A single image is produced which shows the Average temperature of every point shown in the images.
- Peak Pick and Valley Hold Image
The Maximum (Peak pick) or Minimum (Valley hold) temperatures of each point on an object are calculated from a series of thermal images aligned using PosiTrak. A single image is produced which shows the Maximum (Peak pick) or Minimum (Valley hold) temperature that has occurred at every point in the images.
- Subtraction:
Sample image(s) – Reference image, or Reference image – Sample image(s). The temperatures of each point on series of thermal images of an object are subtracted from the corresponding point on a reference image (or vice versa) and the subtracted images displayed, fully aligned and their differences clearly shown. The subtracted image(s) can be used for direct temperature measurements as with a normal IR image.
- Temperature-Time plots
Graphical temperature versus time plots from any series of images using a single or multiple measurement tools: Spots, Rectangular, Oval or Freehand Areas of Interest, Differential temperatures and more.Short or long term graphical prediction of failure by time or expected temperature rise (or fall).
- Data export to ASCII file for third party analysis
